Your BBA programme gives you the framework — but it is the internship that turns framework into instinct. Companies like HUL, ITC, Amazon, Swiggy, and Asian Paints actively recruit BBA interns from Tier 2 universities, and 72% of employers converted their 2024 interns into full-time hires.
"93% of students expressed interest in hands-on experience — a clear shift away from purely academic learning."

The Internship Imperative — MBA
For MBA students, a summer internship is not optional — it is the single most decisive career event of your programme. Over 42.5% of students at top B-schools received their full-time offers before placement season began, straight from internship conversion. Your 10 weeks in the field is a live audition.
"A 10-week internship lets companies assess your culture fit, work ethic, and problem-solving — things no 30-minute interview can reveal."

The IT industry hires over 300,000 freshers every year — but internship experience is now the differentiator. Companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Zoho, Freshworks, and Razorpay have structured internship pipelines specifically for BCA students.

- Practise data structures — every tech internship interview will test arrays, linked lists, and basic sorting.

MCA graduates are in high demand — but the companies that pay the best (Razorpay, Freshworks, Zoho) shortlist almost exclusively based on internship experience and portfolio projects. Use this summer to build both.

- PostgreSQL, MongoDB
Full Stack Dev

Why Razorpay pays ₹70,000/mo to MCA Interns
Razorpay, Freshworks, and Zoho treat their internship programmes as graduate hiring pipelines. They invest heavily because it's cheaper to train an intern and convert them than to run a full campus drive. Your job is to show them you're worth converting.
