Biography
Dr. Mohnish Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Invertis University, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India. With over 15 years of academic experience, he brings a rare blend of scholarly rigour and classroom warmth to everything he does — from guiding students through their first research paper to crafting lectures that make management concepts genuinely come alive.
Dr. Kumar holds a Ph.D. in Management from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow (2019), and qualified the UGC NET in 2018. His academic journey was recognised early through a prestigious Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship awarded by UGC (2015–17), a testament to the promise his research showed. His foundational degrees — an MBA in Marketing & HRM and a B.A. spanning Sociology, English Literature, and Political Science — give him a broad, interdisciplinary lens through which he views business, people, and society.
